As a Journey Experience Center Ambassador for a leading luxury travel brand, you will provide exceptional guest experiences by booking and managing the entire guest journey. This entry-level, full-time role requires effective communication skills in both English and German, alongside proficiency in technology systems to ensure a seamless and personalized service. Join us in creating extraordinary journeys where adventure meets luxury.

Competenze

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center within travel or luxury hospitality.
  • Comfortable with daily IT system use; knowledge of Salesforce or Versonix Seaware is advantageous.
  • Willing to work full-time on shifting schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book all aspects of the guest journey, including cruises, shore experiences, pre / post travel arrangements, and hotels.
  • Provide top-tier luxury service to Travel Advisors and guests via phone, video chat, email, chat, and in person.
  • Support the Global Sales Organization by building strong relationships with Travel Advisors and guests.
  • Become an expert in using our technology systems, such as Salesforce and Versonix Seaware, to deliver personalized guest experiences.
  • Provide feedback on customer support processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center within travel or luxury hospitality.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable with daily IT system use; knowledge of Versonix Seaware and Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting guests via various communication channels.
  • Confident communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work full-time on shifting schedules, including weekends, to support global markets.
  • Legal right to work in Italy.
