Job Title: Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Integration Specialist to join our team based in Porto Torres (Sardinia).

The candidate will support the development of commissioning work plans with the Commissioning Manager and Project Manager, defining scope, resources, and schedules for commissioning activities.

Responsibilities include preparing and managing documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and Test Reports. The role involves liaising with electrical compliance engineers and quality managers.

Analyze technical requirements from EPC contracts related to commissioning. Execute on-site commissioning activities including inspections, tests, energization support, and system verification, ensuring safety and compliance.

Review design drawings with electrical engineers to identify potential challenges. Monitor risks during commissioning and propose mitigation actions.

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in commissioning and FAT processes, suggesting improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Technical Diploma, with 3–5 years of commissioning experience, preferably in Solar Power or Battery Storage projects.

Must have knowledge of IEC, CEI, IEEE standards, and familiarity with the Italian Grid Code. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic AUTOCAD skills, and fluency in English and Italian are required.
