As an Operator in Production, you will follow established procedures and guidelines by executing production orders assigned by the Supervisor and Lead Production Operator to perform a variety of simple and manual tasks in our plant in Caronno Pertusella.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will:

• Operate designated machines and production equipment such as blenders, sieves, spray drying systems, batching systems, multipurpose reactors, spinning cone columns, bulk tanks, Roxane robots, packaging systems, ovens, mills, distillation columns (stills), encapsulation systems. Tasks include blending, mixing, dispensing, packaging, heating, cooking, adding enzymes, and filtering.
• Check operating parameters of machines, fine-tune and regulate them, and carry out maintenance interventions.
• Select raw materials, move, and load them into production equipment.
• Use production worksheets to ensure correct quantities of materials are added in the proper sequence.
• Produce the product safely and efficiently according to predefined process instructions to meet quality standards.
• Read control instruments accurately and prepare neat, accurate records of all operations.
• Troubleshoot problems with guidance or assist others.
• Assist in in-process quality testing to ensure customer specifications are met, document deviations, and communicate them per SOPs.
• Prepare product packaging for the next production step or shipment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop floor and complete sanitation and housekeeping duties.
• Work in compliance with GMP, AIB, OSHA, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and internal safety guidelines.
