Role

As a Warehouse Operator for Essential Oil Department in our Plant in Caronno Pertusella you will report to the Production Supervisor and these are your main responsibilities and tasks:

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials incoming from an external warehouse and position them in the internal warehouse.
• Manage the procurement of packaging from the external warehouse.
• Prepare and ship finished products off-site ensuring proper documentation.
• Collaborate with the planner and various supply chain functions to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with the production department in managing the plant lines.

Requirements

• Language: Knowledge of the English language preferred.
• Certifications: Possession of a forklift license.
• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably in chemical or food companies.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with various business functions.
