YOUR TASKS

• Technical and personnel management of a development team in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Management, planning and coordination of software development projects
• Ensuring code quality, modern software architectures and efficient development processes
• Gathering and analyzing software user requirements in collaboration with the respective specialist departments
• Planning and development of a modern system architecture
• Promotion and further development of the team, including mentoring and know-how transfer

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in software development with C# / .NET
• Ideally initial experience in leading or managing a team
• Sound knowledge of modern software architectures, technologies and development processes
• Experience with Blazor, WebAPI and MS SQL an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Intercultural competence and enjoy working with international teams
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
