You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth IT functioning, analyzing issues, and setting up infrastructures. Ideal candidates will have training in IT system integration or relevant experience, with strong communication skills in German and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Be the first point of contact for schools and business customers on site and ensure that their IT runs smoothly
• Analyze errors independently, find solutions and create fault reports if necessary
• Set up IT infrastructures directly at the customer's premises - from installation to configuration
• Keep systems up and running : Carry out maintenance and administrative tasks
• Share your knowledge! Create helpful documentation and maintain the knowledge database
• Bring IT contacts up to date with targeted training courses
• Help shape the future : Work actively on the further development of digital solutions for our customers

Your profile

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in field service or taken on comparable tasks; career starters with an IT specialist for system integration training are also very welcome
• With a class B driving license, you are ready for field service
• Confident handling of Microsoft Windows operating systems and a good feel for IT solutions
• Experience with printers, IT peripherals and networks - you know how everything works together
• A plus, but not a must : experience with ticket systems
• You are characterized by independent and proactive work - you actively look for solutions, approach customers openly and think outside the box
• Experience in field service or comparable tasks is an advantage, as is a strong enthusiasm for IT
• After familiarization, the weekly planning takes place independently, which means that a structured and reliable way of working is essential
• Clear communication in written and spoken German (C1 level), English is a welcome extra
