And that's exactly why we're looking for you : a product-driven, technology-oriented manager with the motivation to lead a young team and completely rethink education.

Tasks

As Head of Product, you will be responsible for the further development, quality and innovative strength of our training programs.

You lead the product team, develop new formats, structure processes - and ensure that the DSI remains a brand that participants love, recommend and whose training courses really work.

You work closely with our CEO, Sales Lead and Marketing Lead - and become the central figure between vision, team and learners.

• Building & leading a small, strong product team
• Development of new learning formats & curricula (data, AI, business)
• Implementation of feedback & quality systems (e.g. NPS, participant feedback, learning objectives)
• Close collaboration with freelancers, sales, support & marketing
• Collaboration on content initiatives (YouTube, thought leadership, blog etc.)
• Structuring & continuous further development of our learning platform
• If you want : make your expertise visible - e.g. as a sparring partner in the content or with your own formats

Qualification

• You have worked in the field of data science / machine learning yourself
• Ideally, you have taken on product responsibility in an education / tech context
• You can lead, organize and communicate
• You have a flair for good content & how to make it scalable
• You are open, solution-oriented and pragmatic
• You communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level) - in the team, in content and in contact with participants

Nice to have :

• Experience with state-funded training formats (e.g. AVGS, AZAV, BGS)
• Didactic sensitivity or learning psychology
• Previous experience with content creation or public relations (e.g. YouTube, speaking, blog)
• 30 hours per week (5 days) with full salary

Would you like to support us?

We are a certified training provider for adult education. We qualify suitable candidates for entry into IT professions. We have developed various eLearning programs to teach the technical basis, through which participants learn, for example, how to use database systems, machine learning and AI. We rely on close personal support in our course modules, as this is the only way we can ensure that complex learning content is conveyed fairly and internalized with confidence.
