MDOTM Ltd is seeking a Java Tech Lead to drive the evolution of our high-performance Spring Boot backend. You will lead technical initiatives and guide engineering best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security across our platform.

Responsibilities include leading design and development of scalable Spring Boot applications, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Competenze

• Proven Java and Spring Boot experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture patterns (Layered Architecture, DDD, EDD).
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with TDD and testing best practices in Spring Boot (JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers).
• Experience with messaging systems (ActiveMQ, Kafka).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to explain complex topics.
• Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.

• Guide architectural decisions and promote clean, modular Java code.
• Design and implement solutions using MySQL and MongoDB.
• Define and enforce architecture best practices (Layered, DDD, EDD).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot backend performance, resilience, and security; improve CI/CD and deployment processes.
