PRIMUS Global Solutions (PRIMUS UK & Europe) is seeking an experienced IT professional to translate business objectives into technical requirements and guide developers in implementing change requests. The role involves supporting development teams, conducting RCA, and building IT solutions using Java.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL/DB skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL) and hands-on experience with Java, Python, and Git.

• Experience translating business objectives into technical requirements.
• Analyse change requests; design solutions and guide developers.
• Experience with L3 support and incident handling.
• Build and maintain IT solutions using Java.
• Experience with RCA and effort estimation.

• Work closely with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
• Analysing change requests, design solutions and guide developers in implementation.
• Supporting the development teams and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages.
• Work as a part of the L3 support team.
• Design specification, develop solutions according to functional and technical design specifications given in change requests.
• Bug fixing & enhancements of work packages and services.
• Build and maintain IT solutions using technologies such as Java.
• Participate in RCA of incidents and effort estimation.
• Incident Handling & Problem Resolution.
