Java Software Engineer - Research and Development

Location: Milan, Italy (1 day in office / 4 days remote)

The tech team is seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with a focus in Java. If you have a passion for innovation, a strong background in Java development, and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge projects, we want to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Experience and interest in research and development projects.
• P.Iva (Partita IVA) is required or willingness to obtain one.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• BSc or equivalent degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subject.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
