Responsibilities

1. Manage the design and implementation of Java-based applications, support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies, and present these for architectural review.
2. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code; design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency Java applications.
3. Participate in the software solution design, implementation, and maintenance of products and information systems for banking services, focusing on the software lifecycle and release management.
4. Support new product implementation projects and the transition of our platform to cloud systems within a dynamic, international environment.
5. Perform other tasks as your role expands.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with honors in computer science, mathematics, physics, computer engineering, management engineering, or economics.
• 2-5 years of experience in Java application development.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology.
• Excellent command of Italian and English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of design patterns.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; team-oriented attitude.
