For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for

• TO Assistant Scientist
• to be hired with a TEMPORARY CONTRACT (12 months) in the
• Technical Operations Department

The person will be part of the Validation team and will report to the Technical Operations Sr Lead.

Responsibilities

The person is responsible for the following activities :

• Manage and coordinate packaging validation projects and issue the relevant documentation (protocols and reports)
• Support the analysis of the new potential improvement projects for Technical Operations
• Support the implementation of Artwork changes
• Coordinate with the packaging areas, laboratories and other groups to perform validation tests
• Support the non-conformances handling

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor
• Good skills of ownership and accountability
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
• Fluent in English (B2 level and above)
• Capacity to lead calls with Costumers
• Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
• At least 6 months of experience in pharmaceutical area
