YOUR JOB

• Check the property’s main systems
• Perform routine maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems in the rooms
• Carry out small manual repairs when needed to solve problems

YOUR PROFILE

• A craftsman's training would be desirable
• Experience in electrical, hydraulic, or construction fields
• You are an independent, hardworking individual capable of working in a team
• You are flexible, reliable, physically resilient, and interested in new challenges
• You have good Italian and English skills
