Job Responsibilities
The OCM will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving the System Engineering Unit project within RINA Space and Defence Business Unit. This includes managing the system engineering portfolio to secure new contracts, renew existing ones, and deliver contractual end-services.
Additionally, the OCM will enhance existing performance by developing and implementing strategies for the System Engineering competence center, working closely with the Business Development and Sales Managers to evaluate opportunities.
The role also involves managing budgets, invoicing, preparing monthly performance reports (hours, budget, revenues, invoices), and developing industry partnerships in accordance with RINA standards, processes, and regulations.
Required minimum experience includes at least five years in project development and management, R&D, or strategic competence development.
