Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks a motivated, aspirational mid-career professional to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small or medium-sized enterprise as Chief Executive Officer.

You will spearhead a 24-month professional search under the OLBO Program, with comprehensive support from NCA and an attractive incentive package including base compensation and vested shares in the acquired company.

Competenze

• 15+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Executive MBA or MBA degree preferred.
• Min. 10+ years of proven track record of running and growing businesses or business units in Italy.
• Strong motivation towards entrepreneurship.
• Fluent in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Establish a search process with NCA to generate deal flow for acquiring a business.
• Manage the acquisition process with support from NCA’s Investment Management team.
• Step into the CEO role of the acquired company.
• Develop long-term strategy and 100-day plans for growth.
• Grow the business through marketing and sales initiatives.
• Review offerings, portfolios and brand positioning; implement improvements.
• Plan and execute market entry strategies and expansion.
• Oversee efficiency and profitable growth.
