All Interests Aligned seeks an experienced operating CEO to lead a family-owned SME in Italy under its Management Buy-In program. You will drive origination, deal closing, and a structured transition to CEO ownership with investor support, aiming to create long-term value and sustainable growth.

The role demands deep Italian market expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships, governance, and execution across the MBI lifecycle.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability.
• At least 10–15 years of post-undergraduate professional experience.

Mansioni

• Lead acquisition and portfolio management of a family-owned SME in Italy.
• Oversee origination, deal closing, integration, operations, and exit planning with AIA support.
• Serve as CEO-owner with investor backing, guiding growth and governance across stages.
