Job summary

Rhythm Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Senior Brand Manager, Italy, to lead localization and execution of marketing plans in Italy.

You will collaborate with the Italian General Manager, International Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, measurable brand impact. You will drive omnichannel marketing initiatives, oversee high‑impact programs with a patient‑centric focus, and manage the regional budget while ensuring alignment between marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, or medical science.
• Master’s degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration are an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in national pharmaceutical marketing; experience in Sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support localization and execution of international marketing plans in Italy.
• Act as local marketing lead ensuring alignment with global strategy.
• Drive integrated marketing initiatives across projects with Medical Affairs, Sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee high‑impact promotional programs with focus on digital and omnichannel engagement.
• Lead regional initiatives and ensure marketing-to-sales handoffs are aligned.
