Orange Business Services is the Service Provider Partner of Choice for our Customer’s Digital Transformation.

We need exciting & driven people to help us achieve our growth targets in the region.

The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the direct sales team focusing on New Logo acquisition in Large Enterprise and Strategic Accounts across various target verticals (banking and finance, finished goods industry, utilities, automotive, transportation, luxury goods, large distribution, etc.).

In addition to direct sales responsibilities, the Sales Director will define the TML and oversee the related order and revenue targets to meet the region's growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Full responsibility for Enterprise & Direct Sales
  2. Evolve and execute sales strategy to achieve regional objectives
  3. Create and deliver a Go-to-Market strategy aligned with sales and corporate goals
  4. Distribute and set sales quotas appropriately
  5. Drive growth across all areas, focusing on strategic lines such as security, cloud, contact center, IoT, and data analytics
  6. Lead on IT transformational strategic customer engagements
  7. Engage with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product Domains, Customer Service, and Delivery
  8. Negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-service contracts
  9. Collaborate with internal Business Units and Partners to develop compelling, sustainable services
  10. Manage relationships with Partner Vendors to create new market opportunities
  11. Create detailed marketing plans to target markets and develop account opportunities
  12. Develop market approach plans to secure resources and executive engagement
  13. Represent Italy at European resource and finance committees
  14. Chair Italy Deal Approval Committee to secure opportunity resources
  15. Provide weekly reports to the Managing Director South Europe
  16. Contribute ideas and energy to the culture and success of Orange in Italy

About you:

Nice to haves:

  • Degree in Engineering, IT Business Management, Economics
  • Achievements outside of business (sports, community, etc.)
  • English mandatory; French and Spanish are pluses
