To support our business in Italy, we are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient Italy receivable accountant to join our FinOps team.

Your position:

If you are passionate about finance and accounting, enjoy working with numbers, and collaborating with internal teams (finance, logistics, sales), this role is for you. You will manage our customer accounts and handle all accounting activities for Italy as part of our regional accounting team.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivables in Italy;
• Build strong relationships with customers and improve accounting processes;
• Handle claims and deductions, working closely with sales and supply teams;
• Make invoicing adjustments and ensure prompt collections;
• Post customer payments according to bank statements;
• Ensure timely remittance of received payments;
• Provide bi-monthly KPIs on open balances, overdue invoices, and claims;
• Coordinate with IT on invoicing issues;
• Support month-end closing, including sales ledger, accruals, tax declarations, and statutory documents;
• Have prior experience in a similar role;
• Understand the retail landscape in Italy;
• Possess good Excel skills;
• Speak English (good level) and Italian (native or fluent);
• Be self-organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize;
• Be serious, organized, and committed to quality work;
• Respect commitments and deliver on time;
