Consulting Point is seeking experienced consultants at Manager, Principal, and Partner levels to join its Strategy and Private Equity practice in Italy. The role involves working across the investment lifecycle, focusing on due diligence, value creation, growth and market-entry initiatives for PE-backed and corporate clients.

The successful candidates will bring a strong track record in CDD, value creation, growth strategy or market entry, with fluency in Italian and a solid consulting

Competenze

• Candidates fluent in Italian and with a strong strategy/management consulting background.
• Experience working with Private Equity clients and/or PE-backed businesses is required.
• Proven track record in CDD, value creation, growth strategy or market entry.
• At Principal/Partner level, demonstrate client relationships, business development and revenue generation.
• At Manager level, show project leadership, team management and client-facing capabilities.

This is an opportunity to join an established international consulting platform advising private equity investors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on high-impact strategic and transaction-related mandates.

The Role

You will work across the investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on:

• Commercial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence


• Post-deal Value Creation and Performance Improvement


• Growth Strategy and Go-to-Market Strategy


• New Market Entry and International Expansion


• Portfolio company strategy and transformation


• Market assessment, competitive positioning and commercial strategy

Candidate Profile
