Design and implement a comprehensive dealer network strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives in Europe (focus Italy).
Conduct market analysis to identify potential dealership locations and understand local consumer behaviours, market trends, and competitor networks.
Identify and evaluate prospective dealer partners based on financial strength, operational capabilities, market presence, and alignment with the brand’s values.
Lead negotiations with potential dealers, including contract terms, dealership standards, and investment commitments.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring dealers meet brand standards and are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
Ensure all dealerships meet regulatory requirements and adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, including facility design, operational processes, and customer experience.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance and quality across the network.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in dealer network development, sales, or business development within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of establishing and managing dealer networks in Italy or similar markets.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
