RINA is currently recruiting for an Italy Management System Certification Process Improvement Administrator to join its office in Ancona, Genoa, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin (ITALY) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Mission

The role is focused on certification audits planning.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
  • Manage and contribute to the development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
  • Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams/functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or related roles.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
