RINA is recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its offices in Ancona, Genoa, Milan, Rome, Venice, Turin (ITALY) within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Mission

This role focuses on certification audits planning. #LI-MC1

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
  • Manage and contribute to development of planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
  • Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across schemes.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education

High School Diploma/GED or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
