Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in architettura, ingegneria o design industriale e almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza. È richiesto un forte background tecnico e capacità comunicativa, poiché il lavoro prevede interazioni con clienti e collaborazione con il team. Competenze

• Minimo 2/3 anni di esperienza nel design dell'illuminazione architettonica.

• Padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese, capacità verbale e scritta molto buona.

• Fornire supporto tecnico a progettisti e clienti.
• Gestire specifiche tecniche e valutazione economica per gare.
• Organizzare mockup e gestire il magazzino.

This Job Description is intended to identify in detail the characteristics and the tasks of the Lighting Designer ERCO is looking for. The ideal applicant is a person graduate in architecture, industrial design, engineering, with an electrical engineering background and/or a master's degree in lighting design. The candidate will work within the Lighting Design Department in Milan and will report directly to the Technical Manager.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• providing technical support to Architects, Lighting Designers, Engineering Firms and end Customers in developing lighting solutions, focusing on their needs
• managing technical specifications and economic evaluation for public and private tenders
• Teamworking
• making effective technical presentations
• connection with the HQ in Germany (speaking in English), discussing of technical specifications and custom products
• organizing mockups and warehouse management

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2/3 years' experience in architectural lighting design
• Solid knowledge of lighting principles and main lighting standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of CAD drawing software (BIM software knowledge will be a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of Dialux Evo (Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop knowledge will be a plus)
• Italian mother tongue and proficiency in English with very good verbal and writing skills

Other Requirements:

• Car owner with availability to travel (also abroad) for meetings on site is required.

Workplace: Milan with residence in surrounding areas is required.
