Colquímica Adhesives is expanding its global sales team in Italy, seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and manage key customers across Italy. You will build strong relationships, propose solutions, and drive growth in the Italian market.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B sales within adhesives, fluency in English, and knowledge of industrial processes. Flexible/hybrid work arrangements and comprehensive benefits are offered to support performance.

Competenze

Degree in Management, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or similar field.
Minimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry.
Fluent in English (mandatory) other languages are a plus.
Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications.
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Mansioni

Identify and develop new opportunities in the market aligned with company objectives.
Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion.
Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms.
Coordinate tests to approve Colquímica Adhesives.
Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports.
Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
