Job summary

LVMH Sourcing Italy is seeking a Procurement Manager – Indirect Procurement Coordination Italy to coordinate HR, Energy, General Expenses, Events and Transport across 25 Maisons and ~50 entities. This strategic role reports to the Sourcing Director Europe and aims to create measurable value through simplification, speed, risk mitigation and scale benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent (business/engineering/procurement)
• Significant indirect procurement experience in international multi-entity environments
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier referencing
• Proven negotiation and cross-functional project management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy framework agreements for Italian entities to maximize value, compliance and efficiency
• Lead national sourcing initiatives with Category Managers and Italian entities
• Deliver measurable value by simplifying procurement processes and reducing lead times
• Leverage Group scale to secure better conditions and drive savings or rebates
• Foster collaboration across Maisons and animate procurement communities
• Manage supplier portfolio and monitor performance/information flows
