Job summary

Data4 is seeking an experienced H&S Manager in Italy to implement the group’s safety program across data center sites. The role involves leading the H&S strategy, coordinating with Construction and Fit Out teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance across activities.

You will conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while developing training programs and safety procedures. Occasional travel in Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational H&S management.
• Proven experience in managing H&S on technical sites including construction and industrial/building management.

Responsibilities

• Review and help shape the H&S policy and annual program.
• Lead organizational structure for deploying the H&S program.
• Oversee H&S audits, risk analyses and incident investigations.
• Define and implement H&S awareness actions and tools.
• Maintain H&S dashboards and KPIs; manage documentation and IMS requirements.
• Represent Data4’s H&S position with clients and contractors.
