Position: General Manager (GM) - Italy

We're seeking a motivated General Manager (GM) to lead our business in Italy. The GM will play a key role in ensuring a successful launch of Livo in the market and will be responsible for growing, scaling, and managing the day-to-day operations. This role involves:

  • Partnering with local healthcare institutions
  • Signing up nurses to the Livo platform
  • Managing daily business operations

The GM will have full ownership and accountability across marketing, sales, finance, account management, and operations. Specific responsibilities include:

  1. Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and implement strategies for launching and scaling Livo in Italy.
  2. Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure deals with healthcare institutions.
  3. Customer Success: Onboard and retain customers, ensuring satisfaction.
  4. Healthcare Professional Acquisition: Grow the nurse workforce through marketing, partnerships, and media campaigns.
  5. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily marketplace operations for seamless experiences.
  6. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and operations.
  7. Networking: Represent Livo in Italy, building relationships with industry leaders.
  8. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance and provide strategic insights.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with founders and leadership teams.
  10. Financial Accountability: Own the P&L, ensuring profitability.
Your profile

We seek an exceptional leader with:

  • +7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, operations, or startup roles.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, data-informed decisions.
  • Strong team management experience (+5 members).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Passion for healthcare and technology innovation.
