Consumer Marketing ensures the brand's messages, image, and values resonate at all consumer touchpoints. Our teams are innovative idea creators seeking new ways to connect with consumers.

The Role

You will ensure our Consumer Message is aligned and clear across all touchpoints, defining a 360° Consumer Strategy by mapping the consumer journey and developing an integrated marketing plan across all media channels, optimizing advertising and promotion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and present regional marketing plans, ensuring effective implementation
  • Collaborate in cross-brand meetings, sharing ideas and challenges
  • Create reports and analyze campaign performance, focusing on A&P ROI to enhance effectiveness
  • Present project updates to stakeholders
  • Develop local product offerings and launch plans in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Manage campaigns, including event management, timing, and tracking
  • Contribute to visual merchandising decisions, especially for launches
  • Support daily marketing budget activities
  • Define and optimize A&P budgets
  • Engage with consumers regularly for data and insights through focus groups and surveys
  • Gather customer feedback with the Consumer Communication Executive
  • Proactively manage corporate responsibility initiatives aligned with global activities and local causes
  • Participate in CSR activities across various touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within luxury goods or FMCG sectors
  • Strong strategic marketing accountability
  • Excellent communication skills for clear messaging to consumers and stakeholders
  • Analytical, creative, and decisive skills
  • Leadership willingness to test, learn, and challenge the status quo
  • Strong digital understanding and interest in trends and new technologies
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with international markets
