Join a leading prestige beauty brand as a Consumer Marketing professional in Milan. Lead the development of regional marketing strategies and ensure consumer messages are clear across all touchpoints. Ideal candidates have a degree in Marketing and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury goods or FMCG sectors, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

ELC Consumer Marketing

Consumer Marketing is the keeper of the brand : ensures that the messages, image and values of the brand are always present in any contact with the consumer. Moreover, Consumer Teams are our first big idea creators seeking new ways of speaking to consumers and new ones.

The Role

You will be in charge of ensuring that our Consumer Message is aligned and clear in all Consumer Touch Points and defining a 360° Consumer Strategy : mapping and understanding the consumer journey and defining an adequate marketing plan integrating all media channels and ensuring Advertising & Promotion mix optimization supporting the marketing strategy.

Key Performance Areas

  • Defines and presents regional marketing plans, ensuring their effective implementation
  • Shares ideas and challenges in cross brand meetings
  • Develops reports and analysis for all campaigns, with attention to A&P ROI, in order to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Drives presentations making to show projects to the different stakeholders
  • Builds local product offerings if relevant in collaboration with Trade Marketing
  • Builds local launch plans
  • Responsible for campaigns (Event Management, timing of campaigns and tracking)
  • Contributes to Visual Merchandising decision-making, in particular regarding launches
  • Supports Marketing budget activies on a daily basis
  • Defines A&P budget and optimizes it
  • Regularly connects with consumers, looking for data and insights (e.g. Focus Groups, Surveys…)
  • Gathers feedback from customers with the Consumer Communication Executive
  • Proactively seeks ways to manage CR in line with global activities and to look for locally relevant causes and activities
  • Engages in CR activities across various touch points.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 year of experience in similar roles with a luxury goods or FMCG knowledge
  • Strong strategic accountability in marketing
  • Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, creative and decision making skills
  • Personality : willingness to lead, test, learn and challenge the status quo
  • Strong digital understanding, with interest in trends and new technology
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team and interface with international markets
