Merz Aesthetics Italia SrL is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join its Medical Affairs team in Italy. The MSL will educate HCPs, provide scientific support for injectables and energy-based devices, and operate in alignment with regulatory guidelines and non-promotional standards.

The role requires strong scientific communication, Italian and English fluency, and willingness to travel extensively across Italy.

Competenze

• Master level scientific degree required.
• At least 3 years in pharma, medical devices, aesthetics or related scientific/clinical role.
• Driver's license (Cat. B) required.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs and HCPs across Italy.
• Provide accurate clinical and scientific support for Merz Aesthetics portfolio (injectables and energy-based devices).
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of portfolio and competitive landscape for credible discourse.
• Deliver medical/ scientific field visits across Italy educating on product portfolio and appropriate use.
• Disseminate Medical Affairs educational plan to increase scientific awareness.
• Support medical education events and workshops with expert-led sessions.
• Deliver education on clinical studies and real-world evidence to keep HCPs informed.
• Manage relationships with local and international KOLs and external trainers.
• Support KOL/HCP agreements and honoraria per policy.
• Collect scientific insights from field and share with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing on customer engagement and event planning.
• Provide medical information to internal stakeholders within non-promotional boundaries.
• Prepare internal medical training and support sales cycle meetings using EMEA materials.
• Assist Sales/Marketing with scientific Qs from HCPs/customers.
• Act as first-line contact for adverse events and product complaints.
