Job summary

Maven Clinic seeks an experienced Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Counselor based in Europe with Italian fluency to provide virtual mental health care to adult members. This independent contractor role offers approximately 5 hours per week, with sessions conducted in Italian and English.

You will collaborate with a network across Europe, deliver brief therapy, and guide members toward practical self-help tools while upholding Maven’s inclusive care standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a licensed Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or qualified mental health professional registration in a European country.
• Must have current authorization to independently provide mental health services in country of residence.
• Professional fluency in English and Italian with culturally sensitive care.
• Location within Europe and able to provide virtual care across applicable regions.
• Ability to work independently without supervision or disciplinary action.
• Availability for approximately 5 hours per week as a part-time contractor.
• Experience delivering empathetic, culturally humble care to diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for women's health, reproductive mental health and family health.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care to adult members via 40-minute video consultations and messaging in Italian and English.
• Apply brief, solution-focused therapy approaches to address immediate concerns and give practical tools.
• Collaborate with Maven Care Advocate team for referrals and follow-ups.
• Represent Maven’s care model with culturally humble, inclusive care across Europe.
