Global People Sphere is seeking a Short Video Content Moderator (Italian) based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and maintaining a safe online environment.

You will work a 40-hour week with rotating shifts, receive a base salary plus allowances, and benefit from health insurance and training. Fluency in Italian and English are required, with experience in moderation or customer support seen as a plus.

• Fluent Italian (C1/native) and strong English (B2+).
• Attention to detail with good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Moderation or customer support experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Review videos, images, text and audio content.
• Remove content that violates platform policies.
• Moderate comments, posts and user appeals.
• Label and classify content.
• Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines.
• Report recurring moderation trends.
• Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases.
