Cross Border Talents is seeking Italian-speaking Customer Service Agents to join an international team in Athens, supporting customers of a leading telecommunications provider. You will handle inquiries mainly by phone, with some email support, resolve technical and account issues, and recommend relevant products and services to give every customer a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (minimum C1).
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or sales is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and, where required, email.
• Provide technical assistance with internet, television, mobile connectivity and account access.
• Assist customers with billing, payments, subscriptions, orders and account-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, effective solutions.
• Support sales activities, including cross-selling, upselling and contract renewals.
• Handle customer retention requests and identify suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
• Meet individual and team targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
• Work with colleagues to keep service quality high.
