Responsibilities include providing empathetic technical assistance and managing customer inquiries across multiple channels. Responsibilities
  • Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring professional and empathetic support to patients across European markets.
  • Troubleshoot and guide patients in using diabetes medical devices and accessories.
  • Handle requests via phone, email, chat, and SMS.
  • Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in line with company procedures.
  • Use empathy, active listening, and problem-solving to support patients in sensitive situations.
  • Follow safety and compliance standards with accuracy.

  • €300 gross bonus on top of salary guarantee
