A leading company is looking for an Italian speaking Order Support Agent in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues. This position requires fluency in Italian and a good command of English. A relocation bonus is offered to candidates applying from outside Portugal.

As an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company. Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving order-related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Work type: On-site

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Relocation bonus offered for those applying from outside Portugal*

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
• Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
