We are seeking an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will manage and ensure the smooth processing and resolution of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include monitoring order statuses, resolving order-related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Work type: On-site

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Relocation bonus: Offered for applicants from outside Portugal*

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing
  • Resolve issues related to cancellations, returns, and exchanges
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations
Requirements:
  • Italian language proficiency at C2 level
  • English language proficiency at B2 level
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic order processing issues
