A Japanese company is currently recruiting an Italian speaking Office Manager to work for their branch office in Milan, Italy.
You will manage the daily accounting process and general administration.
Business level of Italian and English will be required for this role.
Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.

WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
SALARY: €35-45K depending on experience

LOCATION: Milan, Italy

Office Manager Main Responsibilities:

  1. General administration: IT equipment, office management, mail and document management, support for business travellers
  2. Communication with the head office in Japan and external suppliers, handling visitors, telephone calls and emails, and other general duties
  3. Accounting related: receipt and disbursement management, report preparation, budget execution, financial closing assistance, accounting audit support

Office Manager Ideal Candidate:
  1. Experience in accounting and general affairs
  2. Experience as Office Manager will be advantageous
  3. Business level Italian and English language skills
  4. Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Attention to details, good time management skills and a flexible approach
  6. Able to work well with a team and multitask
  7. Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
