A Japanese company is currently recruiting an Italian speaking Office Assistant to work for their branch office in Milan, Italy.

You will support the daily accounting process and general administration.

Business level of Italian and English will be required for this role.

Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill will be advantageous.

Office Assistant Main Responsibilities :

  • General administration : IT equipment, office management support, mail and document management, support for business travellers
  • Communication with the head office in Japan and external suppliers, handling visitors, telephone calls and emails, and other general duties
  • Accounting related : receipt and disbursement management support, report preparation, budget execution support, financial closing assistance, accounting audit support
  • Office Assistant Ideal Candidate :

  • Experience in accounting and general affairs is preferred
  • Business level Italian and English language skills
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to details, good time management skills and a flexible approach
  • Able to work well with a team and multitask
  • Some understanding of Japanese culture and Japanese language would be advantageous
