Next Job Abroad is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support Italian-speaking customers across Europe from Greece. You will be the friendly voice guiding customers through product inquiries, orders, and account issues, delivering empathetic and effective service.

Formación

• Fluency in Italian: native or fluent written and spoken required.
• Good English knowledge at level B2 or higher.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
• Age 18 or older.
• Digital literacy with basic software skills.
• Strong communication, listening, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece in coming weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Be the voice and face of global brands for Italian-speaking customers across Europe.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with inquiries about products, orders, bookings, or accounts.
• Turn challenging situations into positive customer moments with clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues, service setups, or account features step-by-step.
• Collaborate with international colleagues in a multicultural environment.
• Stay updated on brand features, tools, and updates with ongoing training.
