This role is located in beautiful Greece, where you will provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries through live chat, email, and phone.

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our systems.
