WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team. This fully remote role from Greece offers paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support.

You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across phone, email, and chat channels. Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting interactions in CRM, and helping customers navigate the platform.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Salary & Benefits

• €1,050 gross/month x 14 salaries

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? Work remotely from anywhere in the country.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

• EU flight ticket

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat

• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
