Position: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Rome, Italy
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

What Youll Do:
  • Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solution-oriented assistance and escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using company systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service quality and streamline processes.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information to customers.
What Were Looking For:
  • Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level), both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) or similar tools.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
  • Willingness to relocate to Rome, Italy, and work in an office-based environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends (e.g., 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
