Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat for Italian-speaking customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handle product-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through technical issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to offer relevant solutions.
  • Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM system, ensuring all issues and resolutions are tracked.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software tools.
