Italian speaking - Customer Support Representative
Are you an Italian speaker looking for an exciting opportunity abroad? We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
Relocation to Portugal is mandatory
Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Open to relocating within Portugal
Additional Information:
Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
