Location : Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and live chat for Italianspeaking customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Handle productrelated questions troubleshoot problems and guide customers through technical issues.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services to offer relevant solutions.
  • Assist in managing and resolving customer complaints ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions in a CRM system ensuring all issues and resolutions are tracked.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g. response time customer satisfaction etc..

Requirements :

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate various software tools.
  • A positive proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • A team player who thrives in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
