WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Greece. You will provide professional Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, while engaging in an international, multicultural environment and benefiting from fully paid training and relocation assistance.

Requirements include fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) with no mandatory prior experience. Rotational shifts and a competitive package are offered in Greece.

• Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece - Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Salary & Benefits

• €1,100 gross/month x 14 salaries

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat


• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues


• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions


• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions


• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction


• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems


• Follow established quality and productivity standards


• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level


• English B2+ for training and internal communication


• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer-focused and empathetic approach


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently


• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications


• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry


• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team


• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
