WW Talents in Grecia cerca un/una Customer Support Representative che parli italiano e inglese per un ruolo onsite in un ambiente internazionale. Lavorerai in team multiculturale fornendo supporto telefonico, via email e chat, offrendo un’esperienza cliente eccellente.

Posizione a tempo pieno, 5 giorni/settimana, turni rotativi 08:00-00:00. Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa; formazione retribuita dal primo giorno e supporto al relocation per chi proviene dall’UE.

Competenze

• Fluente italiano, livello C1/C2.
• Inglese minimo B2+ per formazione e comunicazione interna.
• Esperienza precedente in Customer Support è un plus.

Mansioni

• Fornire supporto in italiano via telefono, email e chat.
• Rispondere a richieste dei clienti e risolvere problemi dell'account.
• Assistere i clienti con domande su piattaforme, prodotti e servizi.
• Risoluzioni efficaci e gestione delle richieste in modo professionale.
• Documentare le interazioni nel CRM e rispettare gli standard di qualità.
• Aiutare i clienti a comprendere funzionalità e utilizzo della piattaforma.

Job Details

Position: Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Greece - Onsite
Schedule: 5 days per week, rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Experience: Previous Customer Support experience is an advantage, but no prior experience is required

Relocation Support

Already living in Greece? You can join the team onsite at the designated office location.

Relocating from another EU country? Full relocation support is provided, including:

Your Responsibilities

As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team
• No previous experience required - full paid training is provided
