Role: Customer Service Representative for a global client
Environment: Dynamic and international
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
Language skills: Italian (C1/C2) & English (C1).
Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
KPI Bonus: Up to €2,000/year, eligible after 6 months.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Working hours: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (shift-based).
