You will assist Italian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone, providing excellent support and resolving inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
